Interested in joining the GoldenComm team? Here’s what you can generally expect after you submit your resume through our online application, and are contacted for an interview:

GC Culture Call
You’ll talk with our CEO, Jason Lavin, who will take you through our Core Values, and what they mean to our organization, to see if it sounds like a company culture you would like to join.

During this conversation, you’ll also discuss your desired compensation, and how that fits within the ranges of our positions.
Culture Call Activity
At the end of the call, Jason will give you a simple activity to complete.
Department Specific “Quiz”
Each department has a quiz/online form that we will send to you to fill out prior to your technical interview. Don't sweat the results – this is just to get a conversation started.
Technical Interview
You will meet with the hiring manager(s) and discuss the position, your experience, and address any and all questions you may have. This is the “typical” interview.
Team Member Interview
You may be asked to do another round of interviews with fellow members of the team you would be joining. This is a chance to meet some of the people you might be working alongside.
Reference Checks
GoldenComm will perform formal reference checks.
