A non-technical fact about the Rackspace and GoldenComm relationship is that we really look up to them. Their mantra of "Fanatical Support" and "Zero Downtime" is like a big brother to us. Their employees LOVE to come to work (like ours do, too) and their facilities are decorated with the personalities of the people who work there – many of the layout and ideas of our building were taken from Rackspace as we visited them over the years.
