Partners Bank of California is proud to be the only business bank headquartered in South Orange County. PBOC employees are trusted advisors to business owners, and all share the vision that PBOC is successful when their clients succeed. PBOC provides services such as commercial real estate loans, physician banking, and business loans, to name a few.

PBOC is not your typical bank. They are long-term partners, and essentially an extension of their client’s business. PBOC shareholders and clients are given direct access to PBOC employees. So when a client calls, they’re not sent into a phone tree. Instead, they have direct access to an experienced client advisor.

GoldenComm and PBOC are long-time partners and teamed up again, this time to bring their website to the next level. In order to do so, we took this project through our entire web design process: discovery, strategy, persona development, conversion mapping, UX design, style guide creation, and finally of course the UI design. Once the new design was created our project management and web development teams took control and brought the design to life.

This strategically planned, responsive WordPress website includes a HubSpot integration, which pulls leads from the website directly into HubSpot. This streamlines PBOC’s internal workflow for the marketing team and client advisors.
