The Challenge
Youth ministry is a grind. Youth workers have to prepare programs and materials for weekly and monthly gatherings to build the type of community that students want to be apart of, while developing relationships with individual students, families, and volunteers. Not to mention they are one of the first calls in any family’s crisis. And most youth workers are typically the only staff member in their department, many of whom have a day job as well.
