Hi, I’m Stela! As a data architect, senior backend developer, and team leader, I’m passionate about turning complex data challenges into simple, practical solutions. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked on everything from database design to leading data migrations, and as a backend developer, I’ve built systems that are both efficient and impactful, making life easier for everyone involved.

What I enjoy most about my work is collaborating with talented teams. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside developers and analysts who bring fresh ideas, and together, we’ve built systems that just work. I also love mentoring, helping others grow, and making complex technical concepts easier to understand and apply.

Outside of work, I enjoy studying planning strategies, knitting, and exploring other creative crafts. Ultimately, I’m dedicated to creating solutions that make a real difference and helping others succeed along the way.
