Company Overview

Neutron Industries is a division of State Industrial, that is focused on selling commercial cleaning products direct to professional cleaners. More than selling products, Neutron Industries provides solutions for their clients. In addition to their commercial cleaning products Neutron Industries also provides a variety of odor control products to cover any and all cleaning solution needs.

What We Did

For this project our goal was to redesign the existing eCommerce website with a modernized design that is easy to use on mobile and tablet devices. As a nopCommerce development company we utilized this platform for the website which is fully integrated with the client's SAP ERP system. This build is backend website development heavy, we set up a series of API's during the checkout process to send orders and new customer data directly into the ERP. This build is unique because the ERP is doing all the work for nopCommerce during checkout: it is the payment gateway, the shipping API, and the discount "calculator".

Easy to Navigate

I am absolutely amazed by how easy it is for customers to shop our products. Whether they know exactly what they are looking for or want to shop by their specific industry, area, or surface, this website has a simple solution. The decision tree for our customers was translated perfectly into this website.

My Account

The functionality of the My Account feature is terrific. The fact that the website is integrated with SAP allows the customers too see their order history from both their web purchases or purchases made with their sales rep. In addition they can place orders directly from there if they want to repeat the purchase. The past two years we have heard from our customers that they wanted to ability to pay invoices online. Golden Comm included that functionality into the website and we are already seeing customers take advantage of it. This section also allows the customer to be able to manager their account, addresses, request a return, send product lists and so much more. This functionality changes the way our customers will do business with us.
