Company Overview

Hardy Process Solutions delivers industrial weighing scales and packaging solutions with the lowest total cost to own. They include industry leading technology in all of their scales and weighing instruments to make it easy for plant managers, process engineers, and more to install, integrate and maintain.

All weighing instruments and PLC plug-in weight modules are designed and assembled in the USA. Their core technology, the Hardy Process Toolbox, includes productivity tools such as Rockwell Premier Integration, C2® easy calibrations, Integrated Technician® diagnostics, and WaverSaver®.

What We Did

Hardy Solutions approached us to rebuild their existing website with a clearer navigation menu and easy-to-use product catalog. We created an advanced category menu that allows users to find load cells by weighing application, along with configurable product pages and dynamic quote request forms that deliver a personalized experience for their customers.

Complex Website Required Strategic Thinking

Industrial Weighing sounds simple, but our website is actually pretty complex. Golden Communications took the time to learn our business to come up with the most effective strategy for not only building the underlying engine in nopCommerce but also getting the content mapped to the new site. We encountered some bumps along the way, which required workarounds and different ways of strategic thinking to get the same objectives accomplished. We also had to build the site in stages to get everything completed. We are hoping the new site sees a bump in SEO rankings and eventually we hope to forge a path to eCommerce.
