Company Overview
Formed in 1974, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) is a collection of more than 500 lawyers in North America who are experts in mortgage law.
ACMA’s Mortgage Law Summary provides a summary of current state and provincial laws governing real estate financing transactions in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. It is an essential tool for anyone engaged in mortgage transactions in states or provinces beyond the borders of their primary place of business.
What We Did
ACMA approached us to replace their print publication of the Mortgage Law Summary with a digital platform that is easy for ACMA members (“Fellows”) to access on any device. With added features like an interactive Table of Contents, filterable search, and easy copy/paste, the most comprehensive summary of U.S. and Canadian mortgage law is now more accessible than ever.
