Feiya Cosmetics was a wonderful project to be a part of - the shopify upgrade was a game changer, and I'm excited to see the results of its success.

We have been with Goldencomm since our store launched in 2009 on asp.net. Our site was well done with professional pictures that gave our customers a lot of confidence in buying our products. With the invention of smartphones and how it is extensively used to purchase products on the internet, it was time to upgrade our site to the Shopify Universe. It was assumed to be a straighforward and easy transition since our store was a small business that did not have many products. A system's review and evaluation was not done and we came to a point of great concern when we could not find a good solution to replace our points and rewards system that was working on the asp.net site. Our store allows reward points for purchases of select products but not everything in our store. We were referred by our web developer to apps like Gift Box and Smile for Shopify but these apps did not allow points to be restricted to specific products. It was a big headache which I had to solve personally while the web team worked on other tasks. We finally found a working solution for our points and rewards system with the Loyalty Lion app. At one point, I was so concerned that I wanted to roll back the development and go back to the asp.net platform because I did not think a solution could be found in Shopify. Had we identified this issue before the start of the project, we could have prevented this unnecessary level of anxiety by having a workable solution instead of praying for one just before launch deadline. I am happy to report that our site is now on Shopify and our sales have increased due to the relative ease of ordering our products on mobile devices. Goldencomm referred us to Ugraded Images in Pasadena that took awesome photos of our products. With the standardized theme and the upgraded pictures, our site looks professional and offers every customer the "buy with confidence" vibe. Thank you, Goldencomm!
